FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -- Registration is soon to open for the Fulton County Department of Arts and Culture's Spring 2013 class sessions.
Four Arts Centers will offer classes in arts and culture studies, including dance, theatre, painting, drawing, pottery and others, according to Fulton County Government official Jolene Freeman.
As Freeman reported, registration can be completed online or onsite, beginning February 19 and ending March 19. Classes begin March 19, and run for eight weeks. Youth and adults are welcome to attend.
To sign up, visit the Fulton Arts website, or call (404) 612-5780 for more information.
Classes are being held at the Abernathy Arts Center, South Fulton Arts Center, Southwest Arts Center and the West End Performing Arts Center.
According to Freeman, Fulton County Arts and Culture wants everyone to have access to learning the arts, as arts are important to the quality of life, and the economic and social health of nearby communities.
