Pedestrian problems plague perimeter project | News

The Perimeter Center Improvement District is working hard to enhance aesthetics and functionality of numerous intersections in and around Sandy Springs. One of the areas undergoing reconstructive surgery is the intersection of Mount Vernon Highway and Perimeter Center West. This project has run past its projected December 2011 completion date due to unforseen delays. But while pedestrians are waiting for crews to wrap things up, several unsettling hazards have been spotted. That's why one Sandy Springs resident contacted Commuter Dude.
